The College of Architecture & the Built Environment is proud to offer free courses for those interested in experiencing one of our graduate level courses, furthering their own path of education, or just want a refresher. Students do not need to apply for these courses, however we welcome those interested in continuing into one of our graduate programs to apply.
Current Offerings
- Principles & Fundamentals of Sustainable Design MOOC Experience Thomas Jefferson University's award-winning MS in Sustainable Design program with our free Principles & Fundamentals of Sustainable Design course. This is an introductory course perfect for people who are interested in getting involved in sustainable design. Advanced standing of 3-credits in the MS in Sustainable Design program can be earned for those who successfully complete the course and enroll in the full degree program for Fall 2025 or Spring 2026.
- Introduction to the Quadruple Bottom Line of Real Estate Development At Thomas Jefferson University, we believe real estate has a quadruple bottom line combining financial feasibility with environmental sustainability, social consciousness, and design excellence. Join the College of Architecture & the Built Environment (CABE) and the MS in Real Estate Development (MSRED) for a free course to take the next step in your real estate development career (6-sessions at your own pace).
