What is a campus key?
Your campus key is your own unique identifier of who you are within Jefferson. Everyone with the University/Hospital has a campus key. You will use your campus key to sign in to email and other important Jefferson applications.
I am having issues with my campus key and password. Who do I contact?
Please contact the Solutions Center for campus key and password issues. The contact number for the Solution Center is 215-955-7975.
What is my default email address in Office365?
Your default email address is [email protected]. For example, if your name is Jane Doe your email address will be [email protected]. Students will also be given an alias of "campuskey"@students.jefferson.edu in addition to your default email address.
If there are two people who have the same name, the naming convention adds a number at the end of your last name. For example, if there are two Jane Doe's at Jefferson, the email addresses will be:
What is the mailbox limit for an Office 365 account at Jefferson?
Your mailbox size limit is 100 GB.
What is my OneDrive space limit?
The OneDrive space limit is 1TB.
