Our main clinical site is Jefferson Family Medicine Associates (JFMA), located at 33 South 9th Street in Center City Philadelphia, just two blocks away from Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.  Within this single practice, we care for nearly 30,000 patients across three clinical teams and house the innovative Center for Healthy Aging.
