Three-Year Bachelor Degrees
Earn your bachelor’s degree in three years, saving at least $10,000 on your undergraduate education. Launch your career early and begin earning a competitive salary in three, rather than four years, or consider using your final year to enroll in Jefferson’s one-year MBA program.

MBA On-Campus Program Now STEM Eligible
Earn your Masters of Business Administration in our STEM-designated, on-campus program in one of nine different specialized concentration areas modeled for your career, including Accounting, Biopharmaceutical Commercialization, Cannabis Business, Fashion Business, Health Analytics, Marketing, Real Estate Development and more.
STEM eligibility also allows international students on an F-1 student status to apply for an additional two years of work authorization after an initial 12-month period of Post-completion Optional Practical Training.
MS in Organization Leadership Certificate Options
The Master of Science in Organizational Leadership program offers nine graduate certificates — including Brand Management, Human Resources Leadership, Organizational Change Management and Transformational Leadership — for students to choose from as stand-alone, professional development credentials.
