Students in our Architecture programs receive an industry-centered, liberal arts-infused education, blending academic scholarship with hands-on professional learning. You will learn essential research skills and can take focused courses in experimental structures and materials, furniture design, design theory, construction management, historic preservation, business and more.

Collaboration is key in an architectural education because that’s how it is in the real world too.” Working with partners at universities in China on a team competing in the Solar Decathlon, the Jefferson students develop a building façade that meets requirements for sustainability, innovation, versatility and design aesthetics.
