BS in Organizational Leadership

The study of organizational leadership is fundamental to the growth and development of any organization and its employees. Our program combines leadership theory and practice with business foundations to create a well-rounded future business leader who can anticipate and meet market demand while also leading and cultivating the next generation of talent.
