Rachael Berget, M.Ed.
Education Coordinator
Rachael recently joined the Jefferson College of Rehabilitation Sciences as Education Coordinator II. Rachael’s career has primarily been in academic medicine and public health. She has managed two large NIH grants aimed at the reduction of minority health disparities and the recruitment and development of underrepresented health disparities research faculty. Rachael has worked at five medical schools in Texas, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Her professional experience includes academic affairs, accreditation, faculty affairs, faculty development and grants management.
At JCRS, Rachael works with the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, the Associate Dean for Student Affairs, and the Director of Clinical Practice for Speech-Language Pathology. Rachael is delighted to work for the JCRS and Thomas Jefferson University—she has admired Jefferson’s groundbreaking advances in medicine for many years. Rachael holds a B.S. from the University of Houston and an M.Ed. from the University of Pittsburgh.
