Population Health Essentials provides a 3-day comprehensive overview of population health and outlines the fundamentals necessary to improve outcomes and reduce costs.
Participants with clinical leadership responsibilities may consider enrolling in the 2-day Population Health Management & Strategy Boot Camp which completes a 5-day Population Health Academy series. Attending five days can be applied to additional graduation education in the Population Health program at JCPH.
The Population Health Essentials course enhances the understanding of how to practice population health including care coordination, patient engagement, transparency, and accountability for all outcomes.
