Emily Frelick, MS
Senior Project Director
Emily joined Jefferson’s Department of Health Policy in 2007 and experienced the exciting transformation of the department to the first College of Population Health in the U.S. in 2008. In her current role, Emily is responsible for managing professional development activities; overseeing social media; producing Population Health Matters newsletter; and contributing to strategic marketing initiatives. Her range of experience includes health education, training, meeting/conference planning, and communications. She is particularly interested in health policy, public health, and patient safety.
Prior to joining Jefferson, Emily worked for over 20 years in the reproductive health field. For the majority of that time she designed and implemented training programs for healthcare professionals in HHS Region III.
Emily holds an MS in Community Health Education from Saint Joseph’s University and a BA in Sociology/Anthropology from Stockton University.
