Graduate Courses for Undergraduate Students
Undergraduate students who have earned a minimum of 75 credits and whose cumulative grade point averages are 3.00 and better may enroll in graduate courses. Enrolling in graduate courses provides advanced students with a substantive academic challenge. Given the demands of graduate-level coursework, qualified students must seek the counsel and permission of their academic advisor and graduate program director prior to making the decision to enroll. Undergraduate students cannot exceed 12 graduate credits as part of their undergraduate program of study. The graduate courses must be used to fulfill undergraduate degree requirements in order for the student to remain aid-eligible. Graduate courses taken while an undergraduate student may be applied to satisfy requirements in a graduate program, regardless if the graduate program is part of a combined degree program.
