Dean's List
Policy Statement
The Dean’s List status recognizes the exemplary performance of an undergraduate student’s academic performance.
Definitions
Dean’s List is achieved when a full-time undergraduate student earns a Term Grade Point Average of 3.5 or above in a semester in which at least 12 credits are taken and at least nine credits are graded.
Components
- The Registrar’s Office calculates a student’s eligibility for Dean’s List on/after week four of the following semester, when all grades of incomplete (I) have been resolved.
- Dean’s List is noted on student’s official transcript
- Any grade change after week four will not be eligible for Dean’s List.
