Jessica recently joined the Jefferson College of Rehabilitation Sciences in August 2021 as an Associate Administrator. In this role, she assists with financial and operational oversight of the daily business operations for the college,  facilitating the implementation of the College’s strategic plan, and managing projects aimed at value, growth, efficiency, and cost reduction.

A physical therapist by background, Jessica previously worked at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital as a Clinical Team Leader, where she played a key role in the integration of hospitals and provided innovative approaches to how we prioritize therapy needs. She obtained an MBA focused on innovation from Thomas Jefferson University in June 2020 and her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt in 2022. She brings a skilled eye for identifying operational innovation and strategic implementation to the College.

The best part of her job is working for an organization with a passion for innovation. Change is the one constant in life, and the daily opportunity to create and improve is the best part of her job. Collaborating across the College and organization to break down silos, improve processes and provide a better experience for our students, faculty, clinicians, and staff allows her to pair her passion and skillset.
