Phi Psi

Phi Psi is an honorary professional fraternity open to textile and fashion students. Started in 1903, the Phi Psi fraternity is the esteemed Alpha chapter of what is now a national fraternity. Today, the fraternity has grown to include chapters at all the major American textile institutions and is open to all textile and fashion majors with a 2.80 GPA.

Through a combination of activities, traveling, conventions and projects, the young men and women in this group develop strong innovative and collaborative real-world skills while learning more about the textile and apparel industry. This fraternity connects students to industry mentors and potential employers, and exposes them to a variety of career paths in their field.

While the social function of the fraternity helps students to network and build relationships on campus, through the opportunities of travel and collaboration, friends and networks are also made on both a national and global scale.
