All rates listed below are effective as of July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024.
Barringer & Orlowitz Residence Halls
Barringer Residence*
Barringer Residence Hall housing fees are charged monthly and due on the 1st of each month. Residents will not receive a bill, but please be diligent in paying on time as late fees will begin to accrue on the 10th of each month. Checks should be made payable to PMC Property Group and include your unit number.
Students can pay rent one of two ways:
- A check can be dropped off in the rent drop box located at the Orlowitz front desk.
- Students can also log onto www.rentcafe.com to make payments online or setup reoccurring payments every month.

Orlowitz Residence Hall housing fees are charged monthly and due on the 1st of each month. Checks should be made payable to Philadelphia Management Company and include your tenant code number (which will be provided in each on campus mailbox after arrival).

The contract is based on the move in date selected in the housing portal and goes through June 30th. All housing fees are due at the beginning of each term and payments are posted on Banner web. The charts below display housing fees owed based on move in dates set by ORL.
