The Daniel Baugh Institute (DBI) focuses on the development of mammalian systems biology by combining experimental studies of biomedical problems with matched computational and mathematical analyses and approaches. The computational aspect of the program is concerned with studying neuronal adaptive mechanisms using multi-scale simulations involving gene regulatory networks, intracellular signaling networks and membrane biophysics using hybrid deterministic/stochastic models.

Benefits and salary commensurate with experience and include health insurance. The complexity of the relevant technology requires at least a two-year initial commitment.
