Hematologic Malignancies & Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation
The Division of Hematologic Malignancies and Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation is composed of 12 physicians with subspecialty oncology experience in specific hematologic malignancies and palliative care, which provides clinical expertise and research opportunities for leukemias and MDS, lymphomas, myeloma, and bone marrow transplantation related to these conditions.
Population Science
In 2008, the Department of Medical Oncology and the Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center at Thomas Jefferson University established the Division of Population Science to provide a central focus for institutional research activities related to cancer prevention and control.
Solid Tumor Oncology
The Solid Tumor Division is composed of a group of dedicated physicians that have developed disease-oriented subspecialty programs in solid tumor cancers. These physicians work closely with their surgical and radiation oncology colleagues in a multi-disciplinary setting to deliver integrative care with cutting edge research.
