On Campus

Jefferson’s campus in the East Falls neighborhood, only 10 minutes from the city of Philadelphia, truly has the best of both worlds. East Falls is nestled between Wissahickon and Manayunk, creating a stretch of three walkable neighborhoods. The campus itself boasts 100 acres of scenic, tree-lined space and is located at Wissahickon Valley Park’s edge, giving easy access to miles of hiking and biking trails.

Our on campus students meet in-person weekly for each course and students benefit from in-person interaction with our experienced faculty, guest speakers, and other students. Students also have access to the East Falls campus amenities and resources. On campus students can participate in tours during their classes as faculty take their classes throughout Philadelphia to explore the various types of real estate development projects in the city and neighborhoods.

Online Low Residency

Our online low residency program is offered for students who are looking for more flexibility with their schedule. Classes are offered live online with other students online and in the classroom, and are recorded for flexibility. All students also meet in person once during the semester for a Residency. This program is ideal for students who live outside the Philadelphia area as the in-person locations will vary throughout the region and country. Students are responsible for their own travel for residency—limited travel scholarships are available. Read our FAQs.
