The mission of the Center for Career Success is to provide comprehensive career services that empower students, alumni, and postdoctoral fellows of Jefferson's Colleges of Health Professions, Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Population Health, and Rehabilitation Sciences to develop personally rewarding careers in the healthcare industry.

To achieve this mission, we:

• Educate job seekers to present themselves effectively as candidates for employment, such that the skills learned can be replicated throughout one’s professional career;
• Create partnerships with employers, alumni, faculty, staff, administrators, and the greater community that provide career development opportunities for students;
• Provide resources and information to constituents regarding employment market trends and contemporary issues in hiring;
• Promote ethical practices by all parties involved in the job search and hiring process.
