The Department of Pharmacology, Physiology & Cancer Biology is engaged in the JeffMD curriculum through the Scholarly Inquiry program, a mandatory component that provides students with training and hands-on mentored research experience. Drs. Adam Snook and Walter Kraft and are Associate Directors of the Scholarly Inquiry Clinical and Translational Research track. Carol Beck, PhD is the pharmacology lead for the Phase 1 Medical Student curriculum, and leads number of fouth-year student electives.
Furthermore, the Department of Pharmacology, Physiology & Cancer Biology offers Independent Research Electives, including both basic science and early phase clinical research projects.
