ClinMut Reporter (CLINMUTRE) is a web based reporting system designed for pathologists, clinical laboratories and physicians. CLINMUTRE organizes, annotates and reports clinical variant information generated from Next Generation Sequencing Platforms. The application is mainly designed for MiSEQ system variant reporting, but works as well for variants generated using Ion Torrent Personal genome machine. CLINMUTRE can be used to create identify reportable variants in patient samples by filtering, classifying and inferring variants and presents the reportable variants as richly informative patient reports containing information on affected genes, their functions and implications in diseases and any clinical trial information.
