Diversity

The Thomas Jefferson University Hospital Geriatric Medicine fellowship is dedicated to providing training and mentorship to physicians from diverse backgrounds, including groups that have been historically underrepresented in the field. Our goal is to promote diversity in our training programs to ensure that we meet the needs of the multi-ethnic communities we serve. We define diversity broadly to encompass a range of characteristics, such as race, culture, religion, mental or physical abilities, age, gender, sexual orientation, and more.
