Curriculum
The MSOT curriculum is a full-time program delivered in a blended learning model, consisting of on-campus weekend (Friday/Saturday) sessions and online learning experiences. Students are admitted who have a bachelor’s degree or higher and have completed prerequisite coursework (29 credits) at a regionally accredited institution.
A majority of coursework is offered in bi-weekly on-campus weekend (Friday/Saturday) sessions on the East Falls campus and supplemented by Center City Campus learning experiences, off-campus and online learning and Fieldwork Level I experiences.
During Fieldwork Level I (OCC735, 745, 755), students visit their site 32-40 hours outside of the on-campus sessions to complete course requirements.
During Year 2, Summer I, students have on-campus classes Thursday, Friday and Saturday either on the East Falls or Center City campus. See Curriculum for more details. The 83-credit program can be completed in 2.5 years.
