Complete the following to join the Jefferson Recreation & Fitness Center.
JRFC memberships are available either on a month-to-month or annual basis, please find the rates below or on our membership page. Membership fees may be paid via credit card in-person at the Fitness Center or via payroll deduction for Jefferson employees. Annual memberships must be manually renewed by JRFC members one month from the initial sign-up date. Renewals can be made by filling out the Membership Application Form. Membership applications are now strictly online through our website to ensure contactless transactions.
Membership Type
At this time, we are offering memberships to full time & part time employees of Jefferson and its affiliates, alumni, retirees, volunteers and visitors. Daily guest passes are available for $10/day for JRFC members.
Cancellation Policy
Yearly memberships can only be cancelled through the employee separating from Jefferson or a medical leave with a physician's letter stating that the member is unable to use the facility safely.
Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time. The membership will remain active for the remainder of the month the has been paid for. No prorate or reimbursement will be given.
Release from Liability Waiver
I, the undersigned, do knowingly and voluntarily hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Thomas Jefferson University, its officers, employees, affiliates, agents and students and hold all such entities/persons harmless from any and all liability, claims, demands or suits, including negligence, involving personal injury, accidents, illness (including death), or property loss arising from, but not limited to, my voluntary use of the Jefferson Recreation & Fitness Center located in Jefferson Alumni Hall and/or participation in anyprogram(s) sponsored by the Office of Student Life and Engagement. I accept fullresponsibility for all exercises that I undertake including the use of weights, number of repetitions, and use of any and all machinery, apparatus and equipment, not withstanding any consultation on exercise programs that I may receive from the Office of Student Life and Engagement employees.
