The Center for Faculty Development and Nexus Learning (CFDNL) supports a dynamic academic community for all faculty at Thomas Jefferson University. The Center integrates evidence-based principles in teaching and learning, scholarly inquiry, and action research to develop programs and initiatives that meet the needs of faculty across the professional lifecycle. The Center is dedicated to the continuous growth and development of faculty, as they prepare graduates who are adaptive, lifelong learners, capable of embracing the fields of tomorrow. To this effect, the Center provides ongoing support with curricular and instructional design; transdisciplinary learning; online learning; assessment; health professions education; and scholarship.
