The Division of Ultrasound at Jefferson consists of 16 attending physicians, as well as seven body imaging fellows. The attendings are board-certified radiologists with expertise in diagnostic ultrasound. The majority of the members of the Division of Ultrasound are recognized pioneers in the use of specialized in ultrasound areas, such as ob/gyn, abdominal, urologic (including prostate), vascular, musculoskeletal and interventional ultrasound. The staff is recognized not only nationally but also internationally, lecturing worldwide and serving in ultrasound oriented organizations and on committees.
