Talya Laufer, MD, PGY-4 Radiation Oncology Resident, was accepted to participate in the American Association of Cancer Research's Molecular Biology Clinical Oncology Workshop, July 16-22, 2023 in San Diego, CA. 

This was a week-long intensive workshop for a select group of oncology trainees from around the world, focusing on advanced techniques in translational cancer research, small-group grant-writing, and career development, with close mentorship from renowned physician-scientists and leaders in industry.

Dr. Laufer's project is titled "Role of plasma cholesterol in regulating response of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma to immunoradiotherapy,” and she is mentored by Adam Mueller, MD, PhD.
