Norman G. Rosenblum, M.D., Ph.D., is Director, Division of Gynecologic Oncology, in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Philadelphia. He has also been appointed Clinical Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University.
Dr. Rosenblum was formerly chief, Gynecologic Oncology, in the Department of Surgical Oncology at Fox Chase Cancer Center, Philadelphia, and chief, Gynecologic Oncology, in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Main Line Health Hospitals.
Dr. Rosenblum sees patients at the Division of Gynecologic Oncology in Jefferson's Gibbon Building, Suite 6200.
Dr. Rosenblum received a bachelor of arts degree from Villanova University in 1969. He continued there to receive a master of science degree in biology in 1971 and then attended the Thomas Jefferson University College of Graduate Studies, where he received a doctorate in anatomy in 1975. He received a doctor of medicine degree in 1978 from Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University.
After completing a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in 1982, Dr. Rosenblum completed a fellowship in gynecologic oncology and awarded a fellowship grant sponsored by the American Cancer Society, at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, in 1984.

Dr. Rosenblum has been recognized as one of Philadelphia's "Top Doctors" as well as one of the "Best Doctors in America" in the subspecialty of Gynecologic Oncology. Dr. Rosenblum is also an examiner for the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He has been recognized for outstanding resident teaching by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the Council on Residency Education in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
The Division of Gynecologic Oncology specializes in the treatment of all gynecologic cancers. It has a multidisciplinary approach to the treatment of cancer and coordinates surgery, radiation therapy and chemotherapy as needed for individual patients.
