Research & Clinical Interests
I have a vested interest in applying clinical informatics and precision medicine to provide personalized treatment options to patients and improve healthcare delivery. With an unique background and training in bioinformatics and computational biology, I have been able to leverage various informatics tools to analyzing large biomedical data sets in order to derive meaningful relationships toward the advancement of scientific discovery. I hope to continue to employ my informatics background in the study of bone marrow transplantation and cellular therapy, with a particular emphasis on in-depth analysis of genomic data, personalized medicine, and novel biomarker discovery.
