Research & Clinical Interests
Dr. Swartz’s research interests include the use of biofeedback technology and acoustics in the assessment and intervention of voice and speech disorders. Her current research endeavors include vowel acoustic metrics in assessing adolescents with residual speech sound disorder and childhood apraxia of speech as well as the use of visual-acoustic and ultrasound biofeedback intervention for adolescents with residual speech sound disorder and childhood apraxia of speech.
