Biography

Justin Beaupre, EdD, MHA, is an experienced educator and researcher with expertise in population health, health equity, and community health. With advanced training in education, healthcare administration, and epidemiology, his work focuses on addressing health disparities and promoting equitable healthcare delivery, particularly for underserved communities.

Currently, he is an Assistant Professor at King’s College, where he teaches courses in the Graduate Healthcare Administration Program. Dr. Beaupre is also research faculty at Thomas Jefferson University's College of Population Health, contributing to projects that explore health disparities and community-based interventions. His previous work has focused on developing quality improvement initiatives, conducting community health needs assessments, and designing studies that inform healthcare leaders and providers on ways to improve care and access.

In addition to his academic and research responsibilities, Dr. Beaupre actively collaborates with professional organizations including the Pennsylvania State Health Improvement Plan task force which addresses issues such as chronic disease management, mental health, and rural health access. His publications, presentations, and leadership roles highlight his commitment to leveraging data-driven approaches to advance population health and reduce inequities in healthcare. His work continues to bridge the gap between academic research and actionable solutions that improve health outcomes in diverse communities.
