The Emergency Nurse Practitioner (ENP) program is designed for the already certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, FNP-BC) who currently desires board certification as an ENP-C. The program is ideal for those already working in emergency/urgent care or for those who desire to make a change from primary care. At the completion of the program, FNPs will be eligible to sit for ENP board certification. The program provides high-quality education and procedural skills necessary to competently and confidently practice as a nurse practitioner in the emergency and urgent care settings. Jefferson’s highly skilled, board-certified faculty provides a rigorous program designed to prepare you to perform the necessary diagnostic and therapeutic procedures needed to be eligible for board certification as an emergency nurse practitioner.
