Jessica Chen is the Manager for Systems, Metrics, and Population Health at Disney Health Services.  She has oversight for the Health Services Metrics and Population Health Teams and is responsible for strategy and management of the Health Services Systems and Analytics.  Prior to joining Disney in 2022, Jessica was at the University of Pennsylvania where she led Organizational Transformation Initiatives, specifically the digital transformation for clinical research operations.  Jessica earned her BA from the College of William and Mary and her MBA from Capella University.  She is a Senior HIMSS member and is CPHIMS certified.  Jessica also serves as adjunct faculty in Health Informatics and Information Technology at Thomas Jefferson University.  In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and volunteering with various animal rescue and wildlife conservation efforts.
