biography
Dr. Bail graduated with an EdD in Higher Education Administration and Leadership and a MSN in Burn, Emergency and Trauma from Widener University. With an interest in prehospital care, she has taught EMS, public safety and disaster medicine and management for over 40 years. She is actively engaged in federal response teams: PA 4 DMAT as the training officer and JPATS, the state surge hospital system and local activities maintaining clinical work as a RN, designated infection control officer for a local fire service and teaching a variety of classes.
Her teaching career has spanned EMT and Paramedic education, administration and education in public safety services at Hahnemann University, Allegheny University of the Health Sciences and Drexel University. She currently directs the MS in Disaster Medicine and Management Program.
