Research & Clinical Interests
Florda is passionate about helping families to improve their relationship and working with couples to enhance their emotional connection and physical intimacy. Florda is also committed to treating mood, anxiety, and trauma related conditions to help individuals transform unhealthy narratives into productive outlooks on life. Moreover, she is curious about making therapy accessible to all and reducing the stigma of mental health globally. In addition to her clinical work, she enjoys teaching essential counseling skills and supervising therapists-in-training.
