Graduate Certificates
The twelve-credit graduate certificates offered by the College of Architecture and the Built Environment afford students the opportunity to layer an additional area of expertise onto their primary area of study. Graduates acquire the credentials and foundational skills to tackle a broad panorama of projects and address pressing environmental and community-based challenges. Interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary educational models foster nimble, flexible problem solving on multiple levels. Working in team and/or laboratory centered processes, students engage in problem-based, experiential and collaborative learning. Certificate credits may be applied to the Master of Science program in the subject area.
