Biography
Raymond Porter is a Contracting Officer and Subject Matter Expert with the General Services Administration. Raymond has extensive experience in a myriad of construction and buildings operations projects and procurement delivery methods inclusive of Design Build, CM at Risk and Energy Savings Performance Contracts. Prior to joining GSA Raymond previously worked as a Finance Manager at Bristol Myers Squibb in Princeton, New Jersey. Raymond has an undergraduate degree from Temple University in Finance & Accounting and an MBA in Finance from La Salle University and is a member of the National MBA Honor Society Beta Gamma Sigma. In addition to teaching Project Finance & Cost Control at Jefferson University Raymond has guest lectured at Temple University and Drexel University as well as providing extensive training at GSA on various construction and construction management topics and the financial aspects of construction.
Raymond and his wife Kimberley are active in various organizations and charitable endeavors in the Bucks County and Philadelphia area.
