Education
Misa's design passion is driven by the idea of 'public life in the cities' and how we can creatively reimagine public spaces with mission-driven design strategies to promote a better quality of people's lives. Throughout her two decades of active practice in landscape architecture and urban design, Misa has collaborated with many inspiring community members, artists, scholars, and subject-matter experts, with the shared vision of creating equitable and lively outdoor spaces and places. From community visioning workshops to design and implementation, Misa has successfully led project typologies encompassing mixed-use development, multi-family housing, education learning environments, and public realm design for both public and private sector clients.
Misa received her MLA from University of Pennsylvania, United States, and BLA from Tung-Hai University, Taiwan.
