Lisa Ambrose-Lanci, PhD, earned a Bachelor of Science from The College of New Jersey with minors in Chemistry, Psychology, and Women and Gender Studies. She was an active board member of the Women in Learning and Leadership (W.I.L.L.) program.

She subsequently completed her PhD in Molecular Cell Biology from Thomas Jefferson University and a post-doctoral fellowship at The University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Ambrose-Lanci has also authored 11 peer-reviewed manuscripts.

Dr. Ambrose-Lanci joined The Lockwood Group as an Account Director in 2016 and now serves as a Senior Vice President, Group Account Director. Prior to joining Lockwood, she was a Strategic Account Director at ETHOS Health Communications (now PRECISIONscientia). Her experience has spanned across communication tactics including omnichannel, website content, peer-to-peer and peer-to-patient speaker programs and videos (both branded and unbranded), advisory board meetings, speaker trainings, congress coverage, booth activities and symposia, HCP engagements and sales/field training initiatives.

Dr. Ambrose-Lanci was recently recognized by the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) as a 2021 Rising Star!

Her medical communications therapeutic experience includes oncology, diagnostics, immunology, nephrology, rheumatology, neurology, stem cell transplant, solid organ transplant, orthopedics, and rare diseases. Her research experiences includes molecular cell biology, neuroscience, addiction and genetics.

Dr. Ambrose-Lanci recently moved back to South Jersey with her husband and two daughters after 17 years in Philadelphia. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
